  • What is IIX De-mura Total Solution?

    • IIX provides the De-Mura total solution as shown in the configuration below for OLED / Mini-LED / Micro-LED flat panel display, to compensate luminance mura, color mura and so on, so that the panel manufacturers can get higher quality panel module with lower cost.

      IIX De-mura total solution has many merits.

      • Can correct luminance mura, color mura and so on with pixel by pixel..
      • Can apply to every flat panel display (e.g. AMOLED / Mini-LED, Micro-LED)
      • Can be applicable for small/mid size panel (for smart phone, notebook PC) to large size panel (for TV, Digital signage).
      • Tact time start from image capturing by camera until completing De-Mura data generation is possible within 10 seconds. (* Tact time depends upon the image capturing conditions.)

      Outline of the product

      • Analyzing equipment for measuring display characteristics of whole panel and analyzing by pixel with equipping high resolution camera, picture signal generator and capturing/analyzing control system.
      • For medium/small panel, it comes with dark box (mobile frame). For large panel, it comes with tripod for supporting camera in dark environment.

      Measuring whole screen luminance characteristics in short time.
      Capturing luminance characteristics of all pixels in one time for each color and each level.
